Business Hotels in British Columbia

Staff was great. Rooms are nice. Close to transportation

I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and pools. The pools had algae and black mould on grouts and pool walls. The pool filters are disgusting and the indoor pool windows are horrifically dirty! In our room we had blood on the shower curtain and tub, the shower liner wasn’t attached to the wall properly, there are stains all over the carpet and ceiling, and a dirty extension cord to plug in your charger beside the bed. The other side of the bed you couldn’t even plug in the lamp as there is no electrical outlets. There was a hole in the floor at the bed with the carpet covering it. And one front desk lady and a valet were lovely but other staff were cold and unapproachable. I was expecting so much more for the price. We spent more time outside of the hotel seeing the town instead of at the resort. So disappointing. I have stayed at cheap chain hotels that are better kept than this resort.
