Hot Spring pools were wonderful. Setting is beautiful and natural. Close to lots of restaurants. We were supposed to have a Mountain View but in reality we have to look over the roof of another building. Not worth the upgrade. Room is otherwise very nice.

After paying for a tower room upgrade, we were extremely disappointed to find dirty undergarments on the floor beside our bed upon entering the room. We immediately contacted the front desk, and while someone came to remove the item, we were not offered another room or any immediate remedy beyond that. At checkout, when asked about our stay, I mentioned the incident. A manager was brought over and offered to waive the $40 upgrade fee, which we appreciated, but frankly, it did not fully address the seriousness of the issue. This was not just poor housekeeping—it was a clear health and safety concern. Unfortunately, this experience has left us uncomfortable and unwilling to return to this resort. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and in this case, it was not met.

The setting is gorgeous, the lake and mountains are the perfect background for a special event or date. The hotel itself has a long and interesting history, which the staff were nice enough to share with us. The hot springs and pools, make this resort worth a visot!
