Room was okay and the carpet needs replacing. Had to phone to ask for 3 bathrobes as none were in the room. Had to wait 45 minutes for bathrobes, was very slow in delivering. Wouldn't mind a kettle to boil water for tea in room. Need more shower gel in bathroom. Not enough for 3 people.

Ok. But when checking at 420 pm (check in was at 4 pm) they say the room was not ready and suggest to go to pool or go for dinner. The front desk said they will give some compensation but never did. There was no robes in the room.

Room was clean Staff friendly and great service I had mentioned when I reserved room we were celebrating husbands birthday and it was noted by reservations. But there was nothing done not even a chocolate left for him. We noted a woman in springs pool with a small baby. Not sure if this is acceptable. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We would like to receive notifications of specials for seniors. Thanks

It was an okay room. I find that you never get a great room when you've booked through Expedia. It certainly looked like nothing in the photos but there was a nice view of the lake. It was also very close to the door to the pools so very loud most of the time. Room was clean but dated. However, all of the staff we interected with were friendly and professional.

The Island bar was nice and staff was very friendly. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. We found the hot springs were fairly crowded at times. It didn't seem the hotel cleaned up around and in the adult pool much. We saw the same coffee cups, some water bottles on the rocks for the 2 days we there..The pool could use a good skimming, as there was a fair amount of tree debris on the bottom. Overall our stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort was a great get away.

My only coplaint is ...... i ordered the sweet and sour pork while at the bar/restaurant on the main floor. Itcwas horrible! And needs to be replaced with something else. It wont stop me from coming back tho!

I had a wonderful stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa. The spa experience was exactly what I needed—relaxing, well-organized, and truly rejuvenating. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to unwind after a full day of soaking and exploring. Overall, a cozy, refreshing getaway. I’d definitely return!
