I had booked the room a week in advance, and after waiting for a very long time, a room was finally made available to us at 5 pm. The outdoor pool is extremely slippery and filled with all sorts of debris. The upstairs neighbors started renovating very early, making it impossible to sleep!

I booked a room on Expedia, but did not receive the room I wanted. When I called front desk, front desk was not very helpful or willing to do an upgrade (even if I paid) We enjoyed the pool and surroundings.

The hotel is very dirty and outdated. I’ve been at this hotel 15 years ago and they didn’t update or change anything. Rooms are very dirty and moldy, pools are also dirty and didn’t taken care of. Front desk staff are very rood and not helpful. Very disappointed.
