The check in process was very frustrating, we were late checking in and were advised that the luggage carts were not available because valet closed prior to our arrival time and then the luggage carts were I Under lock and key, rediculous process when you have several bags and only want to use the cart and bring it back, the person on duty was rude. The hotel is in dire need of a a renovation for the price that is charged, rooms are small. Not that clean, carpets throughout hotel are dirty. Positive side was the pool and spa area which was lovely, but would not stay at this hotel sgain

We showed up after the check in time. We were told our room wasn't going to be ready for some time maybe 1-2 hrs. Checked back at 6pm, room still wasn't ready. They compeded breakfast the next day. That was horrible for what you call buffet. The buildings are old. The carpeting smells and dirty. Dirty laundry was outside the room till after 10 pm. We won’t stay there again. They charge too much, for dirty old accommodation. The springs were nothing, but a small pool they crammed everyone into. The pool bar wasn't open. Save your money. Staff underpaid overworker, some very rude and didn't really care. 😑

It was a great stay. Did not find the music in the pool relaxing. Confusion around towels for the pools. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

The older part of the hotel (that was assigned a room in) was dingy. Room was quite small. (Bathroom 3ft x 2.5 ft without tub). The carpet had stains on every part of it. Areas of room had not been cleaned, and were not cleaned during the stay.

We had a wonderful experience with the resort as soon as we checked in , even though we arrived there 2 hours early before the check in time but staff here was so kindly and friendly , they checked us in and even the room was not completely ready they gave us a pass to go and enjoy the pools while the room being wrapped up for us . We really appreciate the service that the staffs here can accommodate the guests and the hospitality, Great time there and we will definitely come back soon on our coming anniversary to enjoy again all the nice and good restaurants that the resort has to offer !

Everything is old. Common areas are dirty, Staff attitude below average. Pool is nice but needs a pool towel station as few knew where to get towels (had to walk to front desk). Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, no communication as we waited outside.

Beautiful grounds and exclusive access to the hot springs and lovely, forested pools are wonderful assets for resort guests. However, our room experience was pretty poor: hair on the tub on arrival, empty shower gel container (hadn't been refilled), stained ceiling, and while we didn't pay extra for a "view", we were looking directly at a giant brick wall out our window. There was no room service (or any explanation as to why) and we had to ask for more toilet paper at the front desk. We also ran out of towels, and when we asked for more, they were dumped in a bag outside our room door. There was also a fire alarm that went off around 2:30 am during our stay (not the resort's fault) but no real explanation or direction from staff while it was happening, so hundreds of bleary-eyed guests wandering around waiting for instructions. No apologies or indeed any communication from the hotel staff. I mentioned these things during my check-out (because I don't believe in just leaving a negative review without giving the property a chance to address things) and none of them were acknowledged, other than a curt, "I'll make a note about the shower gel." For a supposed world-class destination resort that we paid resort prices for, this was very disappointing, to say the least, and made us resolve that it wasn't worth it to stay here again.

Pros- We loved our stay at the resort, room was clean and spacious. I loved the hot tub and the heated pools. Easy check in and restaurants are very close to the property. Cons- steam room needs updating, fire exit signs need to be replaced (fading) as there was a fire in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate. Also there were two elevators but only 1 was operating. We had to use the stairs once because the wait was too long (20mins)

Wish we would have stayed longer

Wish we would have booked a longer stay - the area is absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, the rooms were terrific and the hot springs were wonderful after a long hike

Beautiful location. Outdated decor shows the facility’s age. Capital investments are required to ensure details are paid attention to (landscaping, condition of signage, garbage around grounds, uneven walkways making wheelchair use challenging), one operable elevator, wheelchair operated door not fully functional.
