Comfy bed. Room had a view of the lake which was nice. No on site restaurant but options just steps away. A wonderful coffee shop/cafe around the corner. Front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Couldn't get the TV to go to regular channels (Only Netflix and LG channels) Followed the instruction sheet but to no avail. Ended up watching KBO baseball on the LG channels (which wasn't so bad). Only stayed one night to attend a wedding but wished we had a bit more time to stay longer. A nice little hotel

Great property on the waterfront, but maybe they should provide on demand cleaning for families with kids. As per reception they only provide cleaning once after 5 days which is unreasonable.

- It took half an hour to do the check in. Only one person providing information by phone...but not attending present customers. - unpleasant bad smell in the bathroom, because of the shower curtain not being cleaned or sanitized. It may need to be replaced. - Toilet paper left over...?, please supply a new one at least. - For the price being paid, at least parking shoud be included.

My room was upgraded without my knowledge, which was an inconvenience as I booked for myself and another person. I booked a room with 2 queens and was given a room with a King and sofa bed. There were no other rooms available with 2 queens and I had to share my King with my mother in law. That part was unfortunate

The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The only criticism is that parents must accompany their children under 12 to the pool area, which is reasonable, but there was only one short benchthat only 2 people could sit on but there were four parent groups watching ajd no where else to sit down. The patio area was locked off adjacent the pool so the seats outside could not be accessed. Perhaps additional bench seating could be installed around the perimeter of the pool deck.

Beautiful Reno !!! Room needs a mirror other than bathroom and plug in for your phone by the bed. Staff not overly welcoming or friendly when we checked in. The hotel use to be better in terms of staff. Hot tub not working (wish we had known). Love the lake view and patio!!! Pool not the greatest … best to spend the extra money and stay at the resort fee sure!

Amazing little hotel that takes dogs!

We found this as a last minute hotel stay. We were passing through with a dog and the Harrison Beach Hotel had a room. Hotels.com, however, didn't tell them we had a dog so there was some last minute room arrangements but we ended up with a room with a balcony which we weren't expecting! The room was fabulous with amenities and a view. Comfortable bed, lots of space. It was just lovely and convenient. I highly recommend. (We recommend removing the tree that somewhat blocks the view of the lake, though.)

Terrible checking in and checking out Systems, check-in is at 4 PM and waiting yet another 40 minutes to get checked in even though you do it online… and they want you checking out at 11 AM with no chance of extending. Overall, poor customer service and hospitality. The place was pretty dirty so overall a pretty disappointing experience.
