This spot was excellent for our needs. We traveled as a family with younger children for a competitive youth sports event. We did lots of shopping and loved the underground parking. We didn’t participate in breakfast as it was very limited. We were too tired for the pool but it looked amazing. The beds were so hard and rhe blankets were not great but we travel with extra so it all worked out. We would definitely stay again.

Check-in agent was friendly and personable, and efficient. He explained the layout, parking, pool, etc. On checkout, the clerk acknowledged my "Good morning, we're checking out" with a 'Good morning' response. He then spent several minutes looking at his computer screen, and standing beside the printer to accept the printed receipt. He passed the document to me, and to my 'Thank you', his response was 'Have a good one'. There was absolutely no personal interaction such as How was your stay, Were your accommodations adequate, or anything else. In my opinion, this person is not a very good "Front End" representative for your firm.

Convenient location just off the highway. A few restaurants within walking distance. Good sized rooms and the beds were comfortable. Could have used a thicker blanket although. Breakfast just ok. Was hoping to make our own waffles.

We were given an handicap room, which we did not request. The bathroom set up was not acceptable for us. The bathroom did not have a sink or mirror. The lighting over the sink in the bedroom was very dim. Also, our bed was very close to the heater and it was very loud. Considering the cost, we will definitely look at other options for our next visit to Abbotsford.

Turned the lights off in the room and you could see all these spill marks everywhere in every room. Stayed in a “suite” and it was most definitely not worth the price. The bedding was old and rough. Wish the room was worth the price.
