Upon arrival, we were advised that the room we reserved was not available, they claimed to give us an upgrade to a better room, upon investigation we determined that this was not an upgrade, but just a similar room at the same pay grade. The room that was reserved with the kitchen was not available, and under the circumstances, I would have preferred to have taken a room that we regularly booked at this hotel, with an approximate $50 savings over the period of time that we booked, rather than a room that was not what we needed at this time. The room that we were given, was not an upgrade for the circumstances of this visit. This also caused us to have to put out more money for food due to not being able to use the kitchenette in the room we booked. I would appreciate receiving some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and excess money having to be spent during this visit for not having the room that we booked.

Parking garage door was stuck half open and motor was heating up. Windows are dirty and AC units hang out of them with no way to seal off from insects. Carpets are dirty, thermostat is hanging off the wall. Wall plugs are loose so lamps don’t all turn on.

It’s a great location the pond was gross in the hotel. It could use an update in the bathrooms. It did have a bit of a musty smell in the hotel. But that comes with age, people coming from the beach with wet stuff. The wardrobe in the room was old and looked junky I would stay again due to location and we were not spending much time in the hotel as we were there for the beach

We arrived to check in for the 3 nights that we had booked and were informed that we had only booked in for 2 nights. I showed the man at reception our booking confirmation for 3 nights. After some searching and obvious frustration, he confirmed that we could have the 3 nights. He was very gracious, eventually, and helped me with our luggage. We did actually check out after 2 nights, as this is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled extensively both corporately and privately over several continents for many years. This was advertised as a 3-star hotel; I would not even rate it at 1. It should be closed, it is dirty and dangerous in my opinion. I will put a detailed review on Expedia.

When I searched for a place in Harrison hots springs I had air conditioning as a key ask. When we arrived at this hotel no A/C. Only a fan that hardly worked. I know I pick the cheapest room. But I/we were very disappointed

Rented to rooms at the same time. No proper AC on the flurth floor. One room has multiple broken outlets with no power and they dod not leave soap. The other room had soap but the tv was broken. We compalined about the temperature of the rooms and we got portable fans. They came to "fix" the tv it didnt work. Ridiculous thay just because it was after labour day and now "off season" that they can give out broken rooms
