The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. Air conditioning. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
** No smoking inside and no pets.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car and you want it as a site for exploring Colorado. It's clean, tidy, and the owner is super responsive. There is an adorable and hip little neighborhood about half a mile away with shops and great restaurants.

Fairly clean. The carpets need cleaning. A window was left open so we had several moths rooming with us. Bed were comfortable enough. The property was just ok with lots of overgrowth of sunflowers and such. The location was fine, able to get around easily. On street parking. Not a lot of communication with the host.

Over all was almost excellent but there were things that could have been a bit better. First and foremost the apartment was perfect for what we needed and it was very clean. This being the most important feature. The neighborhood was quit and cozy. It is getting a bit worn but otherwise an overall very pleasant experience. I would definitely revisit if I go to another Red Rock concert.
