Our stay was on the more affordable side ($150), so perhaps we got what we paid for, but there were several issues worth noting. The floors in both the common areas and our room were noticeably dirty. While the beds appeared clean, there were crumbs on the bureaus. Walking through the hallways, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which other guests were also complaining about in the elevator. This was especially concerning as we both had children with us. In our room, the pipes under the sink sprayed water everywhere whenever the sink or shower was turned on. Unfortunately, all of our towels were folded under the sink and were soaked the first time we used it. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, the response was simply, “We are really sorry about that,” with no follow-up or indication that they intended to address the problems. Overall, while the price point was reasonable, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and dismissive customer service made our stay disappointing.
