they do not have a business center to print things off. Their staff was relatively new so couldn't answer questions about the surrounding area. Our room was not cleaned on one of the days and one of the robes was soiled although when informed they did provide clean robe. The restaurant breakfast menu is very limited.

Pleasant staff. Great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean, quite great towels and sheets. We eat at Ajax, that was bit disappointing because we had heard from locals it was good. In fairness they were about to close in 30 minutes we were the only ones there. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything food, trains , bike trails. Would stay again

Below average service.

Hotel was ok, but service was terrible and not consistent through my stay. Check in was ok, but the welcome drink was not offered. Cleaning service was all over the places. Cleaning was late on the second day, so I had to requested. I also had to requested yoga mat twice, due to the ignorance from the front desk. Cleaning service missed coffees and cups on the third day, which again, I had to requested. Water was offered first two days, but then third day was missing. Neighbors were noisy loudly on the second night. Overall, not recommendable, except the location. Avoid!!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Downtown. Great customer service. The room was really nice. A great place to stay if you’re taking the shuttle to see a show at Red Rocks as it’s close to one of the pick up locations. There’s a parking garage close if you don’t want to valet. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay at Limelight Hotel Denver

Th Limelight Hotel Denver was amazing! The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with small details like blue tooth speaker, humidifier, and bathrobes - that made a big difference. My only notes, (just personal preference) are a ledge or bench in the shower and a bit of outdoor seating near the hotel itself. The ledge or bench in the shower would aid with balance during washing/shaving. Also, I enjoy sitting outdoors during down time. Had to walk (very short distance) to Union Station for an outdoor seat. Made the mistake of doing this early in the morning, in my pajamas. Union Station security ask me to verify that I was a hotel guest and not an unhoused person. I must have looked pretty rough after a night at Red Rocks! All in all, it was a wonderful stay. 10/10, would recommend.

Beautiful hotel, very well decorated, comfortable accommodations, and wonderful staff. The little amenities like Theragun and free passes to the art museum were lovely perks. Only wish is that they had ceramic mugs in the room instead of paper to go cups to cut down on waste :)
