Upon arrival to Mint House Denver, there was a cleaning product bottle in the bathroom, damp towels on the rack, a used sponge in the kitchen sink, and trash in the kitchen bin. The bathtub had a clogged drain, leaving me standing in two inches of soapy scum water. I booked a room with the expectation of doing laundry, but the room was out of laundry pods. I asked the onsite staff for help, and they referred me to a concierge number that was closed for the day. I responded to a 'how is your stay' text, and tried over TWO DAYS to get the central staff to corodinate with the building staff to deliver laundry pods. It never happened. Several of the apartment furnishings/upholstery/materials looked worn, clearly a building that was designed to last only as long as the developer took to flip it. But if you love trains, you will appreciate the freight cars shunting in the adjacent rail yard in the middle of the night. Skip the inattentive experience of Mint House and choose a property that prioritizes customer experience and local staff catering to your needs.
