From what I read, it says shuttle is free to the airport. When I checked in online, it made me pay $10 for the shuttle. The next issue is we requested a crib for our room. We got handed an old pack and play that was filthy and stained. It was broken when we tried to set it up and when we pulled it out it had obvious vomit on the sides. There is no way they sanitized it after the last guest before it was given to us. We got another one when requested. Still stained but not as disgusting so we made it work. Not impressed and won’t stay there again.

Booked just to sleep on our overnight layover but the shuttle there was too packed on the way there and we were lucky to barely get in and on the way back it's $10 to use the shuttle that doesn't start until 3:35am. The hotel itself is fine (didn't get to try breakfast), but I'd go with another one that provides better shuttle options.

There was an additional parking fee which I did not expect. There was a lot of noice from the room above. We could hear them walking all night so didn't get hardly any sleep.

Don't charge people staying at your hotel $10 to park when they stay the night. I am not using your lot as a shuttle service but instead sleeping there.

I had a very distressing stay at this property. The night was uninhabitable due to extreme noise from a neighboring room, and hotel management failed to intervene—I had to call the non-emergency police myself. The hotel only offered room changes, but the replacement rooms either had strong odor or insects on the bed. When I asked for a refund or compensation, the manager was verbally abusive and told me to “get the F**K out of my hotel.” I spent the night dealing with these issues until around 5 a.m. and checked out around 6:30 a.m. with almost no rest. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for guests. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was great and clean and very pleasant. The Problem was your site Did list the hotel had a Airport Shuttle, BUT NOWHERE ON YOUR SITE DID IT STATE THERE WAS S CHARGE for the shuttle!!! If we knew this CHARGE we would have stayed at a different hotel.

We've never been to the denver airport before so the shuttle was a little hard to find but we got some helpful directions. The shuttle is labeled as free but there is a $10 fee to use again if you are going back to the airport. They put your room number down on a log. The weird thing is that they ran out of seats in the morning and no one checked us off a list so obviously there were passengers on that bus who didnt pay for a seat that got to ride free. I felt bad for the two people who were so confused why they had to wait. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not many options but the clerk at the desk did tell us it was "grab and go" so we didnt expect it after that it was told that it was going to be a whole lot of variety. Otherwise we were only there for one night and it was pretty standard nothing spectacular, which is a good thing still.
