There are four of us in the reservation. The room includes one king bed and a couch, but the couch is too small and only fits one person Additionally, there were no sheets provided for the couch. The room was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The staff member was friendly and accommodating, although he was working alone. Food quality was average. Overall, cleanliness was excellent.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Airport DIA and unfortunately had a very frustrating and disappointing experience. At check-in, everything seemed fine at first. However, once we got to our room, we quickly discovered that the television — which is advertised as a standard amenity — was not functioning properly. We reported the issue to the front desk, and a technician came up briefly to “fix” it, but left without saying a single word or providing any update. We waited for about 30 minutes with no follow-up from the front desk or technician. After an hour of hearing nothing, we went to the front desk to get clarity in person. They simply told us to “try again,” with no actual solution or explanation. Eventually, they switched us to a different room, but the TV in that room wasn’t working either — it wasn’t getting any signal. Another staff member came up, attempted a few things, and even contacted the original technician again, who still had no idea what was wrong. To make things worse, we were standing around in wet swimsuits from using the pool, with our luggage left in the hallway during all the back-and-forth room switching. I finally had to request that they test the next room’s TV before moving us again, which they did — only to confirm that the advertised feature simply didn’t work at all. A staff member named Deja, in particular, was dismissive and gave us unnecessary attitude while we were just asking for help. Disappointing Stay

I arrived at 2 am and had prepaid for my room. I hauled my luggage ho to my room but could hear the tv on loud inside the room. So I hauled my luggage back to the lobby, waited 5 minutes for the desk clerk to appear, and asked him to go check the room. Sure enough, there were people in the room I’d been sent to. Finally got checked into a different room. The front desk clerk was helpful but not really apologetic. There is also a really bad smell around the property. The desk clerk explained that the city had installed a vent or something for the sewer. It’s a pretty bad smell, although this is no fault of the hotel.

Very tired looking rooms and corridors with quite possibly the worst bed and pillows ever had the displeasure of trying to sleep upon. Seem to have plastic covers underneath the pillow covers, underwhelmed Nasty!
