The staff were exceptionally nice and hard working people. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the coffee, tea and water bar. One of the heaters in our suite seemed to have only one setting which was hot! The trim in the tub and pool seemed a little dated.

Good location and quality
Hotel is in an excellent location close to airport and also the area has good restaurants at walking distance, the hotel overall is in good condition and clean, bedroom was well maintained, bed was ok, pillows no so much, but rooms were very quiet and we definitely appreciated it. During our stay they had a problem with hot water during all day, but was temporarily fixed to serve guests around 8:00pm so we didn’t complain as we were able to shower. The hot-tub was not working but the pool was, and that was enough for one night, I hope they can keep up with maintenance.. breakfast was not that good, they had 2 waffle makers but lack of honey, maple syrup and preserves, they had only some apple and grape jelly in tiny containers, scrambled eggs were some kind of artificial stuff… other things were available but not fresh fruit. Not that much of a problem considering the short walk to Starbucks, mud pizza and other good places to eat or takeout

I have stayed at this property probably 100 times in the last 20 years. As of late the staff (not all the staff) has become increasing less friendly. I hope they can get the right people in there so I can continue to go. Otherwise is a good value for the money. I do wish the could find a way to kee the eggs warmer though.

Had some issues with the shower. In the middle of our showers, the water would turn very cold and took several minutes to turn warm again. It was awful. Elevator was extremely slow and had issues opening on every floor even though the floor wasn’t selected by anyone. Both treadmills in the fitness room were not working properly. Overall it seemed like maintenance of the facility was lacking.
