Breakfast was powdered eggs and sausage that did not look like real meat. No one asked for IDs for check in or room keys.

There was a computer problem during check-in and five or more individuals/groups had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes or so. Once the problem was fixed, but staff quickly checked us in and got us to our rooms.

There was a leak in our bathroom, so the water came out in the room making the carpet of the room wet and the toilet area was wet. This is a redundant experience we are getting via expedia while booking any hotel via expedia and absolutely getting no help from neither the hotel or expedia. Today while checking out i asked the hotel if there is a concession on this leak they showed they did not hear us.

We stayed here for one night, so it served its purpose. Staff was polite and helpful. Facility needs updating badly. Carpet in both rooms we reserved was torn. Mattresses were old and hard. Will probably stay elsewhere next time. Mostly due to uncomfortable beds.
