The shuttle to and from the airport was wonderful, the staff for the shuttle and the front desk were great. The lobby seemed clean, but as soon as I stepped into the elevator there was a terrible smell, it got worse on the 2nd floor where my room was. I didn’t notice the smell in my room until the next morning, I think it had come in through the space around the door. The room was on, stains and spills on the furniture and floor. In the hallway the carpet around the elevator was black and dirty. I needed a last minute room as my flight was missed due to bad weather, the bed was comfortable but especially for the price it needs a deep cleaning and a lot of updating.

Great stay

Our stay was great. The hotel is newer and was in great condition, the bed was comfy and had great pillows. The only downside was the environmental luggts in the bathroom, you couldn't do anything in the bathroom without the lights turning off on you. We tried everything to get it to stop and even talked to the front desk. The lights would turn off every 10 seconds.

Decent hotel, not great service.

When we got inside there was a line and we waited to be helped for 20 minutes and then the key machine was down so the employee was just going to let us in our room but she couldn’t get us in so we left and went to dinner and when we got back it still wasn’t fixed and a different employee had to let us in our room. If we wanted to leave an employee had to let us back in.

There was a technical issue with the computer which forced several people to find another hotel. The card programmer would not work and the master key to each room was also not functional. You can check the security footage, I stood in line waiting for a room for 30 minutes only for the staff to tell me to wait longer for a service person to come in and repair the car programmer. I calmly asked for a refund, but was told no, that was not possible. I then left to get a room at another hotel. I am still waiting for a refund.
