This interesting experience started at check in. We walked up to the desk and the lady just looked up at us. No hello, no smile, very bland. I then gave the valet my key to which he said not to bother coming down for the car and standing in front of the valet podium but to call the desk because he is the only valet and it takes a long time. Sure, no problem. We called down for the car to go to dinner. After about 20 mins the car was pulled up, the valet ran back into the hotel not to be seen for 5 mins with our car running out front. We had reservations so we got in and drove away. This is a rental car with push button start and was already running, so we drove 20 minutes to dinner only to find he had kept the key and we could not park the vehicle. I drove back, and after the front desk and valet fumbling, they found the key. A quick “sorry about that” was provided with no offer to uplevel our experience due to the issue. We return from dinner at 10:30 pm only to find a sea of cars piled up at valet with no valet or people present. We waited for 5 minutes with the tail end of the vehicle hanging out into a one way street because cars were so piled up. After no valet came out we had to park ourselves far down the street ourselves. Ridiculous to pay for valet with an absolute crap show of an operation. Also, only 1 of 3 elevators were working. I will never stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible start to a vacation and awful guest service.

The roof top pool is awesome, a really great vibe and goos view, and overall the service was great - staff were very nice and helpful, housekeeping was very accommodating. We just had a couple issues - the shower didn't work properly to force the eater through the shower head instead of the tub, and then on our last morning the toilet backed up INTO OUR SINK which was really gross. However, they did come to address the problem pretty quickly once notified.

Good location and friendly staff. They provided me with vouchers for a free drink each day I was there, as well as for a continental breakfast. The breakfast voucher is for fruit, muffins, etc. The buffet has an additional cost, but the voucher gives you a discount. The rooftop pool is nice, and the staff comes up to take drink orders. The only issue, which wasn’t a big deal for me, was that I booked a room with one king bed. When I arrived, the front desk said my room had been given away, so I got a room with two queen beds instead.

The Warwick is a serviceable hotel. Good exercise room, large rooms, a bit musty smelling in the room. What is really disappointing is that even after a 3 night stay, they have a no late check out policy. Occupancy was clearly very low this Monday morning and yet the hotel can't give you one extra hour to check out??? What a way to run an airline....Management should be ashamed. That is not customer service.

Our only complaints were that the bed and pillows were uncomfortable; the automatic light in the closet did not have a shut off and was quite annoying when trying to sleep sleeping; and there were not enough valets for car service. Otherwise, our stay was ok.
