From the beginning this hotel was a disaster: there is very little space for check-in parking so we were in the middle of the road waiting for valet to park cars ahead of us so we could pull in to check-in. Only one valet so he was doing his best, but another valet would have helped to mitigate traffic. Upon check-in the woman at the front desk was rude and accused my husband of stealing my credit card, even though he had my ID with it (I was in the car with our crying baby waiting to pull into a safe spot from the street because of the valet/parking scenario). She then proceeded to make it a point to tell him multiple times that no smoking or parties were allowed, but didn't mention this to other untattooed, white guests. The room was spacious, but I booked a king and they put us in a queen. When we mentioned this they insisted it was a "standard king", but they would upgrade us to a "larger king" for a fee. We measured the bed after this interaction and it was definitely a queen, not a king. We tried to order room service for breakfast the first morning. We called the restaurant for an hour and a half and my husband and I left multiple messages with no answer or returned call. We called the front deak and finally got a call back to order 30 mins later. We had already ordered doordash from another restaurant after 2 hours, which was probably better since there are only 4 breakfast options on the menu. We stay in Denver often and there are many great hotels. This isn't one.
