The Sonesta hotel is located in a nice, walkable area with plenty of coffee shops, dining, and entertainment close by. Parking was very easy and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The pillows were unfortunately one of the low points of my stay. They felt very flat and lacked support—once I laid my head down, they compressed so much it felt like I was lying directly on the mattress. It seemed like the filling had worn down over time and could really use an update to provide proper comfort. I asked the front desk if they had anything firmer on request and the individual said they're not sure but they'd bring something up to the room for me to try, they never did, and my calls to the front lobby went unanswered after. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and location for visiting Denver, CO.

Unfortunately, the hotel will only clean your room after the third night - which includes testocking coffee. I asked after the second night for my room to be cleaned, was told it would be, and it was not. There was a definite lack of storage in the room. Items in the to-go market were grotesquely overpriced. Roof top pool was closed. Best thing was that its in a convenient location, but definitely not worth the price.

Everything was great, but the staff were not the friendliest people. In my first day, the receptionist gave me a room that was already in use. I had to call to switch rooms which they did, but not in a warm way. I don’t know if this hotel offers room service, but I gave up on trying to get anything sent up to my room from the first day because no one would pick up on the other line.

The property was in a good location, the room was clean. I found it interesting that they will not provide housekeeping unless call to do so in the morning. That was fine by me because I do not require housekeeping every day however, the way I was informed about it when checking in Was surprising. We were there for a competition weekend at the convention center so proximity wise, Sonesta was great! Convenient location, easy parking, restaurant/menu - great! All staff interactions were lovely all weekend. Room walls are thin. We heard every conversation our room neighbors had AND heard every time someone left/entered their room on our floor (doors closing). We actually had to switch rooms (mid-stay) because the walls were so thin and we heard our next door neighbors when they came back to their room after a late night out. After switching rooms (kind of a pain) our new room's bathroom wasn't cleaned upon check in. There was copious amounts of hair in our shower that wasn't ours. I notified staff and front desk and housekeeping were lovely. That said, we were inconvenienced twice during our stay and our stay was not cheap! I would have expected (at a minimum) a free night of parking. Good location and VERY kind staff ... the rest ... meh.

I was sexually harassed twice in my one night stay. To the point I had to a get a new room. The main man who sexually harassed me had been sexually harassing women all day with multiple complaints and was still allowed to stay there after my safety felt compromised. Very unfortunate staff did not handle this well and remove the problem. Instead I got a new room and harassed again the next morning by the same man.
