Arrived on late flight to Denver and got to the hotel at 12 midnight. Hotel ( not Expedia) has canceled my reservation and has left me on the street at night with no options. Offered no explanation no apologies no options to stay anywhere else. This was none refundable reservation that I paid for ahead of time. I worked in hotels in my youth and any time we had overbooking situations we always provided customers with alternative property stays at near by hotel, we have never acted like the man at the front desk at Sonesta. He was dismissive and disrespectful. Hotels business practices are awful and unacceptable. Females beware not to get stuck at night with no place to go to.
