Once I got checked into my room all was great! However, it was at least a 45 minute wait for the shuttle. Website says to notify them of your need for the shuttle which I tried to do unsuccessfully. I called before my trip and while at the curb waiting for the shuttle and no one ever answered the phone. I tried emailing them via the Expedia app with no response either. It was at least a 30 minute wait to check in. I have stayed here in the past and these were not issues.

I simply needed a convenient hotel for an airport connection, so the free shuttle and included breakfast were exactly what I was looking for. In addition, the bed was very comfortable, and the property was quiet.

Family road trip.

After staying at a few hotels related to this chain this was disappointing. The lady at the desk presented as rude, and unhelpful compared to the others . No information provided like WiFi breakfast etc. by the front desk .The pool and hot tub need a deep cleaning. Hot tub the staff had to turn on the jets and they were great. The bed was comfy and room size good . Parking was a nightmare. They don’t have enough space for the amount of rooms. The breakfast was hot and good ( best feature). This was part of a road trip and we were stopping in Denver on way back too and we did not choose this hotel again.

Disappointed

Check in was smooth but our second key didn’t work and neither did the replacement key. There was a lot of damage to the room and the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. We were not offered another room. We did enjoy the pool but one of the hot tubs were broken. Finally it took an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

At check-in, I had to ask for the Wi-Fi information and details about breakfast the next morning, as they were not provided proactively. Also, I was given a room next to the shared restroom, which made me feel a little uneasy at first, but there were no issues in the end. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. However, there was no tissue provided, not even a single sheet. Despite that, I had a very pleasant stay overall.

My son and my grandchildren were stranded in Denver from flight cancelation. They were very scared and it was late at night. I called Americainn and they had a shuttle picked up my kids took them to the hotel they were able to sleep, eat a good breakfast there and they took them to the airport the next morning. It was a blessing. Thank you so much to the hotel and staff
