This hotel is good for just a quick trip. We were in dallas for some wedding business and simply needed somewhere to shower and sleep. The shower had what looked to be rust or maybe dirt. Only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow. The complimentary breakfast is nice, not the best, but food for some grab and go fruit. Parking is free which is also nice. The loudest ever A/C unit. You can’t sleep when it’s on but when it’s off, the room gets hot. Overall the room was very spacious.

Hotel was pretty nice. GOOD breakfast for hotel food, even better coffee. The staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable to our family. The beds were pillow top and that's what we have at home, so very nice. The hotel was close to quite a bit of fast food places, Costco and other stores and gas stations. It is also located right by the high five.

Never again…

The gentleman who checked me in, did not recognize My Mastercard as a major credit card to begin with, it was awkward and rude. The bed had so many long hairs when we pulled the covers off. The shower had rust stains coming out the head. There was a wet moist spot in the corner of the restroom, it looked really gross. Room was not so great. Cleaning ladies skipped our room. No towels and No trash taken out. Breakfast was not great, no flavor. Eggs were nasty, waffles were a HUGE NO. Overall I wish I would picked my Usually Holiday Inn Express. Never again will I stay here.

Unable to sleep due to the highway noise. Hotel staff knowingly gave us a bad room .Not many guests at this hotel but still hotel front desk staff gave us a worst room possible. When I complained about room highway noise he said that were complaints before about that side of hotel highway noise.
