So we first get there the system is down that’s fine. No biggie we get into our room after about 25 mins of being downstairs. The room is the wrong room okay no problem let’s switch. So we get the right room but unfortunately the previous person froze out the fridge so that was inaccessible and the ac wouldn’t get cold. Good view but that’s about it Had an off smell

The system was down so It took a long time to be able to access our room. Understandable... but then once finally in the room I saw that the "premium city view room" had a dirty window with mold in the caulking with the view of an industrial fan. I tried to cancel my stay within 5 minutes of checking in after feeling cheated out of my money but had no luck. ALSO Keep in mind that literally next door there's a night club with "security" of random guys walking around with AR15s outside.

The hotel staff was more than nice and accommodating to us the hotel room was very clean and it was ready for us to check in even early. The hotel needs some updating it looks old bathrooms look older.

Felt like a homeless shelter, the building was very old the rooms were old and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The check in process was terrible 45mins to get into my room.
