Ok so the price for the place was great for the 2 separate nights I stayed but both times the bath tub was dirty. Like not at all cleaned. There was a clear ring around the tub. Other things as far as mold on the first rooms toilet, paint chipped tub that was dirty

Good location, walkable distance for entertainment we were there to see. Drink vending machine on our floor had a sign for cash only but slot was sealed shut, needed to use CC. Also no ice in the ice machine. Hard to shower, low water pressure. Location suited our needs but hotel felt a little lacking. Staff was courteous.

Do not stay here

Let’s start this off with saying that parking is a nightmare and it’s insane that we paid so much money for this hotel only to be charged additional for parking. The elevator ride down the lobby and up to our room was something straight out of final destination. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and was told that the room wasn’t ready which is okay! So we waited only to be put in a room that had a bathroom under renovation. Thankfully Dorris from housekeeping was there to save the day! She was the only helpful employee and the only person to ever smile at us during our stay. We got our rooms switched with her help. We start to settle into our new room only to find that we can’t cast to our tv like we could in the previous room. We called front desk for help and no one answered. We walked back down to the lobby after being exhausted from our 7 hour road trip only to be gaslit by Eric. He said that the hotel doesn’t do that there but the option was on the tv and had just worked in our old room. He said he would send maintenance up to help and they finally arrived after 2 hours and told us that they were working on it. The tv did not get fixed. The live tv also did not work. This was the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. The la Quinta motel in Austin was better than this and my sister was almost kidnapped there. I do not recommend this hotel.

AMAZING

My friends and I were looking for a clean and nice hotel in the middle of Downtown Dallas. This hotel was perfect for a girls trip. There was an outdoor pool on the 9th floor overlooking the city buildings! The beds were clean and the hotel was neat and comfortable upon arrival.

Hotel was fine, clean, decent. Staff not very helpful with suggestions. Area is not a safe area. We were constantly questioned by security if we were ok due to the neighborhood. Not very safe during the day, couldn’t pay me enough at high. We Uber’d a lot which adds up but took the worry out.

We got to the property at around 11:00 at night and only spent a few hours there because we had to get up early the next morning. I'm assuming the front desk clerk was a little tired or something??? :--( Because he was pretty monotoned and dry, but overall for the time we spent there, everything else was good, and we will probably return :--)

Took 2 hours to be able to check in , once checked in room that was given to us was super dirty and a mess. Front guy mahamd didn't wanna exchange room once he did the maid had asked to give us free breakfast he was super rude about it and said no . When booking rooms it said free breakfast it was not free parking 20 dollars a night parking garage is horrible. Elevators take up to 10 minutes each just to be able to go down horrible experience.

The location is downtown and convenient however there was a large homeless population. Walking around day and night you ran into transients and it smelled of urine. Most of the staff seemed friendly and helpful. There was one employee, Rasheeda, who checked us in. She seemed annoyed every time one would speak with her. When I saw her at the desk I waited until another staff member was at the desk.

I saw that most of the reviews stated that the property was outdated, however I do not share the same thoughts on that. I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the activities my child wanted to do while visiting. It's walking distance to a few activities, though I would not recommend in the summer heat. The hotel remained clean and quiet during our stay and I had no issues.

Hotel Review

It was nice in the inside. Rooms were spacious and the pool was nice. The beds were really comfy. Overall good stay for the price.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Do not book this hotel! The pictures are deceiving. There were so many issues with the room and when I went to ask for help, I was told that there was nothing anyone could do about my room because the hotel was full. The room AC was not working, the bathroom door did not have a lock, the sink was broken and when maintenance went to fix the faucet, they left a huge mess in the bathroom. There is nothing right about this place. There is a huge homeless population surrounding the entrance and exits to the hotel. The staff were rude and their favorite word is “aggressive”. The only persons being aggressive were the staff themselves.

Good priced stay for a concert. Easy transportation with Dart. Just pay attention to deposit and parking fees. I was not surprised as I read them beforehand but others were.

We had a reservation for a room with a single king size bed and a city view. What we recieved was a room with 2 queens looking at the side of a building. My wife was so exhausted she told me not to even contact the front desk she just wanted to sleep. Went down the hall to get some ice and something from the drink vending machine. Vending machine said cash only on it despite having a card reader. $4 for a bottle of water. When i tried to put a bill in, i discovered the the bill receiver was busted out so it could only take quarters. So i had to go back down stairs and ask the bartender if they had bottled water. Was told that she didn't at the bar but there was a little shop next to the front desk i could buy stuff in. So after all this i was finally able I buy water for a couple dollars cheaper than the vending machine. Then when we lay down both beds were so hard it was like laying on bricks. The pillows were extremely stff as well. Because it the neither of us got more than 3 hours of sleep all night.

I will not stay in that Hotel is not what I expected it doesn’t look like in the pictures it really need a remodel in the rooms and the swimming pool was pretty dirty
