First off, elevator had someone stuck in it when I arrived. Fire department had to come and free them. The ac was out in the lobby. The parking area was extremely dirty as were all the floors in the lobby where they meet the walls. Also, Hotels.com does not disclose that parking is AN EXTRA $20 A NIGHT. I also watched while several other customers attempted scanning their cards to get to their floors and could not even get up to their floor in the elevator. Ended up not staying there. It was horrific. Also, I've submitted an insurance claim for this stay as it was so horrible. We'll see if it was worth the extra 10 bucks.

For the price, it was an OK stay. The room a/c smelled a bit musty. Would have been higher rated but on my way out the elevator quit between floors and was stuck for several minutes. There was no announcement, the alarm went off for awhile, I had to try to keep the other passengers calm, then it went to the very top floor and spit us out. I walked down from there and left. I got the impression it's not an unusual experience there.

From check in to check out everything was flawless. No issues. No problems. Would, and will stay again. If I had a negative it would be the “street people” outside. Night time in that area seemed kind of sketchy. It that is not something the hotel can help. All in all a very good stay.

There are two people that I would like to highlight during my stay. The first one is David who worked at the front desk. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure my stay was accommodated and comfortable. He had an excellent personality at all times! The next person I’d like to highlight is the young man who worked in the dining area. I can’t remember his name, but he was a host and he took excellent care of me and everyone else that ate breakfast each morning. Dynamic service! The only thing that I would complain about is the bad smell throughout the hotel. You can tell it’s a little outdated, but the rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast here is excellent! I would stay here again because it’s very convenient for all of your downtown shopping and entertainment.

This property was horrible it’s smells had flea everywhere I would not recommend the Ac in the room was super loud the hall way floor was soak and wet and smelll also. We tried to enjoy the pool area which is the best part of the hotel the pool hours post was until midnight at 10 we were instructed to leave the pool it closes at 10p not midnight which is posted everywhere
