When we arrived there was no one to help with our luggage, when I asked for a luggage cart I was told “ we have a shortage of carts” then they turned around and left. The rooms were smaller than anticipated. There was only 1 wash cloth available for 2 of us. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the main room. I valet parked and the valet parking was outside and uncovered for $36 plus tax per night. The direct line to the valet parking did not work, I had to call front desk to ask them to tell valet to bring car up. The second morning I tried 3 times to reach the front desk to notify the valet but was never able to get an employee to answer the phone. I needed something from the gift shop the first evening there, the front desk told me it was open, it was 6:40 pm, the gift shop was closed. This is possibly the worst Westin I have stayed at. Very disappointing.
