The persons at the front desk very friendly, during our stay they forgot to make the room two days! Some of the other days forgot to leave towels and toiletries. They have some problems with the entrance of the hotel so we have to go through a side door it was cold with icy floor, the rug was a mess. The guys with the hotel car where so friendly and nice.

I love the retro look and the decor but the place needs renovated. The carpet in the hallways were all stained. The trim in the rooms around the bath were all busted from water damage. The mirror light at the vanity wouldn’t work. The sheets feel like cheap tissue paper. We had do not disturb on our door and they came inside when we were gone anyway. We called for bellman and valet to bring our car around at 6:45am and they had no bellman available so we had to carry everything down and then waited over 20 minutes for them to get or car pulled up because they only had one person retrieving cars valeted. The front desk worker this morning was very tacky in her comments and did not put the customer first. The coffee shop girls were always pleasant and polite. The coffee was great!
