The property itself was beautiful. I was expecting the pool to be a little bigger but the kids had a great time in the child area as well as the lazy river and the bigger slide. The room was overall clean. I like that the water bottles came with the stay, it was helpful. The food at the media restaurant was delicious. We had breakfast (which had gluten free options) as well as a dinner. My biggest complaint is the staff. The parking guys and the front desk were very nice and helpful but the pool, bar, and lifeguards were pretty rude. I think there are several hidden fees with the trip but i kind of expected that. Parking was interesting.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Anatole. We especially enjoyed the Jade Waters waterpark on the property. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only two complaints were that the walls were incredibly thin. At night we could hear the people in the atrium laughing and the baby crying next door. We also were unaware that the water park was an extra cost when you checked out.

Difficult to navigate at first. Valet personnel were helpful. Water stains noted on the ceilings and walls in room. Jade waters was beautiful. Media restaurant and Starbucks take and go was great.

Okay hotel for a one time visit.
I was asked to be placed close to an exit for easy access to outside area since we were staying with a puppy and I was put the furthest away. A little warm in room but they did send a technician right away and it somewhat helped it to be cooler. Paid $50 a night for valle but would still have to wait for vehicle even after it was called down via text. Breakfast food was not worth the cost. Room seemed a little out dated. Very nice hotel but rooms could have been better for the cost.

It is a beautiful hotel. The only complaint we had was the AC in our room did not work well. They did give us a box fan that helped a little. Be prepared to pay a very high price for EVERYTHING. We will definitely go again.
