We liked the choice of restaurants within the hotel. Loved the pool area. Bobs steakhouse had amazing steaks.

Check in was amazing, TV mirror not the most user friendly, parking was easy. But let me tell ya'll that the baristas at the cafe this morning were beyond rude. Not the service I was expecting from Omni Dallas.

This is a great hotel with literally everything you’d need in it. From the bar to the coffee shop to the steakhouse, just know you actually wouldn’t have to leave. Only downside is truly the parking and parking situation. The machines kept malfunctioning throughout my stay but I understand technology can be fickle. Upon checkin I did also find the valet to be a bit pushy so I opted out. My first room did have one missing and one broken lamp, and had a lot of wear on the furniture in the room, even though I paid for a deluxe room. Thankfully the front desk immediately moved me to another room that was clean and had all working lights and a great view. They made correcting the issue so easy and seamless for me and for that I’m grateful. The area around is a little rough but not too bad and it’s not too far from the areas I wanted to be.
