Upon arrival turned AC to the lowest setting but it was not blowing, maintenance was sent out and says AC was not working . Hotel staff moved swiftly to get my room moved but upon arrival to the second room I realized their was mold surrounding the AC vent only had one more day in my stay and did not want to moved again so we just stayed. Additionally complimentary Wi-Fi was not working but as soon as we selected the option to pay it worked. To pay over $1000 was not steadied .

Everything was great until it was time to leave.i had to literally turn around and go unside to get a key again after I was informed I can leave it in the riom. The attendant at the gate was not available not one person so I couldn't leave. It was very inconvenient.
