Good Room

Room was clean and spacious. AC was loud but worked well. Breakfast had plenty of choices, but on my first morning I got there at 830 and the few remining bits of scrambled eggs were dry as a bone and a few of the other items were emptied out and not replaced. All coffee urns were empty before nine and not refilled. So I guess the advice is to get there early. The gym is good enough; the treadmills worked fine. The pool is small but very nice.

The receptionist made us a sandwich when we arrived which we appreciated as we were strangers to Dallas and had had a long drive. The pool was lovely but be warned it is outdoor and the water was coldddd.

We were there with a Football Team from Kansas. I give the team the highest marks on being gentlemen. The were not loud. They had some mud on shoes. They cleaned it up for the staff and all took off their shoes. They let us cut in line for breakfast. Great experience. Please send the school and Coach compliments.

First time staying at this hotel and it will not be our last. We were very impressed with the accommodations, free breakfast and free parking. The room was modern and we liked the amenities. Plenty of large fluffy towels and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the hot breakfast and everything was still available despite coming down 15 minutes before breakfast hours closed. There was a dedicated attendant monitoring the area. Bathroom area was a little tight and there were few drawers but we were ok as we were only there for the weekend. There was a large storage space near the micro fridge and several cubbies under the tv. There was a closet space with a shelf and hangers. A safe was available in the room. Close to several fast food restaurants within walking distance and about a mile from a large entertainment district. East on /off the freeway.
