This hotel was in a good location but thats all i can say good about this hotel. We had many issues with our room that was brought up with staff and ultimately nothing was done not even a room swap was offered. The door to the restroom would not latch which was a major safety concern for our toddler. The cover over the keycard would fall off every time you would go in and out the room. The 3rd day we where there the whole handle fell off the bathroom door and when they came to fix it they lied and said it would shut and latch and it did not. The mini fridge was broken. The second night we stayed as we where coming into the hotel in the evening i noticed both employees sitting at the front desk scrolling on their phones which wouldnt have been an issue but when i called down later to ask for 2 blankets they told me to come get them and when i went to the front desk they where still there scrolling on their phones. I guess they where so busy on their phones to bring us up 2 blankets. The only reason i point this out is because the first night when i called the front desk for pillows and blankets they happily brought them up to us. We left a google review WHILE still staying there and no resolution was ever made. We would have been happy to just swap rooms but they did absolutely nothing. Hyatt made such a bad impression for our first and only time staying there we wont ever stay at a Hyatt again and im going to make sure i leave a bad review on every platform for that one.

Very clean facility. Front desk very accommodating when we needed an extra blanket. Price was very reasonable. The bed linens however need some improvement. Sheets very wrinkled and covers appeared to have pen markings all over them but they were flipped over thinking we wouldnt notice. Pool was nice and clean and the gym was a nice perk. Breakfast was okay. All in all we would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality! Not letting me upload photos. Sorry.
