I came in from India and I was tired and wanted to take a bath. There was hair in my bathtub so I skipped the bath. There was no blanket on my bed, only sheets so I was cold. There were coffee pods, but the only cream they had was powdered stuff made out of powdered corn syrup and powdered vegetable oil… This is not OK.

Has to go all the way to the grand Hyatt to phone for the shuttle. That was a lo g way. Would be easier if shuttle came without having to call. The breakfast was just so so and IT WAS NOT FREE;!!!
