I arrived very late and a rep ,her name was Kathy was very attentive willing to help.. I got a shuttle bus just for short waiting..It was only one good impression..At the desk two employees were doing something on a computer and for the while didn’t pay attention on the people who were waiting for service..After I’ve been assigned a room we realised that shower don’t work and it was 12:40 am ..A girl over the phone said that she can call for plumber at almost 1: am in the morning..and she wasn’t joking ..For obvious reason I declined the offer ..Following morning we did go to the restaurant for breakfast and there another surprise was awaited for us We didn’t even start eating and a prepaid truwaitress brought a check to us despite the fact the breakfast was prepaid

It was located 3-6 minutes from our two terminals. It was very beautiful inside with great dining options including a coffee shop. The view was beautiful from our floor. Despite being close to the airport, it was quiet enough to sleep. The room was spacious, walkable shower, and I relaxing.
