Staff was horrible. Jennifer at check in was unenthusiastic, short and gave no information on what was needed for the property. A smile, a thank you or a simple question like "how is your day going" can impact an arrival experience. I arrived at 3:03pm and had to pay an early check in fee when my room was already ready. I told her I was a Marriott rewards member and she told me it wouldn't matter because I booked on Expedia. I was booking this room for my staff to stay close to our property during the storm. If the arrival experience would have been better, I could have reserved a block of rooms for 3 of our other properties. I know we have plenty of options on places to stay in Downtown Dallas but I choose Courtyard because the level of service out ways the price I would pay to stay somewhere else. Guess ill reconsider.

The Staff was so warm and friendly just like being around friends and family! The front desk am lady and breakfast lady were so accommodating to me and my husband when he was the first one down for breakfast. Lol Everyone including Valet engage in conversations with us and we love staying here ! We will for sure be be back to enjoy ourselves when it’s not so icy, but it was worth every penny we spent !
