Location and accessibility to the mall was great. Limited reserved parking for guests had to be the worst. Your basically competing for parking with mall shoppers. We never found a specific location for Westin guests. The shower water did not get hot enough. Luke warm at best. Housekeeping skipped our room one day, the heating system sucked. We wanted to torn on the heat and it blew cold air the entire time. There is no microwave in the room and the mini fridge didn't really keep our beverages cold. I've melts as soon as liquid touches it. Other than that the stay was okay.
