Door lock stopped working with the key cards. Front desk employee had to open the door anytime I needed to re enter the room. It was very uncomfortable and disruptive to my schedule. Other than that everything was good. Would stay here again.

I was told the wrong time for breakfast and once we went to attempt to eat breakfast was locked out of the room. Made three trips to the front desk to reprogram card key.. Front desk called for housekeeping; after waiting bout 10 minutes went by. I went to locate housekeeping myself and she was unsuccessful and finally she called maintenance… so the whole situation took about 30 minutes of running around in circles before we were able to get our belongings out of the room to check out..

Amazing Stay At Holiday Inn Houston Westchase

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express And Suites Houston Westchase was wonderful. The front desk clerks were very kind and professional especially Matt who was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me. The room was immaculate and the walk in shower was beautiful. Our bed was very comfy and the breakfast served every morning is the best part about staying at Holiday Inn. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Houston again. Thank you so much to the staff at this location.
