The room I had this trip was 2118 I believe, possibly newly renovated. I always love the property, this was even nicer. The Suite was great, as I had a female friend with me. She had her privacy, as did I. A.C. thermostat was kinda squishy, broken Air never turned off. Luckily we both like it cold. We told front desk upon leaving. The stay was great as usual. The water in the shower doesn’t drain, the heat doesn’t work in the room. It was freezing all night. Everything was outdated in the room, all the furniture looked like it came from the side of the road. The TVs don’t work. Highly don’t recommend!

The area of the hotel was very walkable with lots of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and amenable, though we had minimal interaction. The main issue was that the interior was old. The furniture was outdated and chipped, the carpets and window fittings were very old. The toilet was extremely small. Additionally, the heat in our room did not work and it was FREEZING cold all of the time. Our stay was manageable, but I would not come back.

Valet service was great. Front desk were very professional. The hotel looked very good. The room was enough for a night stay. The only thing I would say is I couldn't turn the AC off. There seemed to be no thermostat so it was freezing cold. Other than that the service was great.
