Our stay here was really tough. The worst we ever experienced. Moving forward we will be more careful in choosing hotels. The room was dated, dark and had roaches. I will be making an official report with photos and videos.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful (Savanna). I called the day before for a couple of requests and she did accommodate me to the best of her ability which was very appreciated. Clean hotel, a bit outdated but very worth it as it in close to all restaurants and also one of the best cafes right underneath it! Would highly recommend this hotel to others!

This is in a historical downtown Dallas building! Very Unique. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several great restaurants!

Room neglect! Frontvoffice staff rude and uncaring. Front staff did not care that room had no wifi and was cold. We reserved during icey roads and freezing temps to be closer to our jobs. I will never book here again. Room was also cold, no heat.

The front desk lost my car keys when I gave them to the gentleman who was working. He was supposed to give them to the valet. He didnt. And they were missing for a whole day . Then mysteriously reappeared. It cost me 300.00 dollars for a locksmith to make me a new fob. The refrigerator did not work the freezer did. My experience at the magnolia dallas was not worth what i paid. 3 out of 10 stars.
