I loved the building and what it is as a whole. This historical building is beautiful, very well located and a gem. Staff was nice and helpful when approached. Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean and the hotel as a hole needs some attention. Lastly, according to Expedia, I was to have some type of VIP experience. I saw none of that and was not treated any differently than any other guess. That is a good thing as I said, staff was great but just did not see a benefit of being a VIP nor did the staff say anything like "Thank you for being a VIP member...." I would recommend staying here especially if you are visiting the AT&T buildings....place just needs a little Help and TLC

WiFi didn’t work in the room. Mini Fridge frozen over. Remote didn’t work. No longer have coffee service in the lobby on weekends. Stayed over 50 days at this hotel in 2023. Since their renovations began, overall service and room conditions has declined.

This stay was extremely disappointing. For almost 3 nights, I went without air conditioning. I asked to speak with a manager about 5 times during my 5 night stay, and was told each time that the manager was either in a meeting or wasn't there. There is one front staff member who is so rude and disengaged. Housekeeping never took out the kitchen trash and I had to shower with makeup remover wash cloths. The entire hotel is in badly need of an upgrade because the rooms are so outdated. I wanted to book another hotel during but the surrounding hotels were all booked due to a large conference. The Most scariest thing is that I returned to my room after midnight to find my door wide open. I reluctantly entered and called downstairs to the front desk. They did send security right up who inspected the room. He told me that the Housekeeper forgot to lock up after. I couldn't believe what I was hearing because my room was not cleaned at all and I couldn't understand why the Housekeeper even entered. He offered to change my room but it was after midnight and I was exhausted. I told him that I needed to speak with a manager and again, not one person contacted me.

I did Valet parking and they scratched my rims so bad 👎 the hotel was very hot ac didnt work plust they dont do housekeeping unless you pay most hotels do it with out you paying.

The hotel felt like it was nice at one point but is now in a dingy, worn out state. The rooms felt damp and warm and the thermostat on the wall made no difference to the temperature of the room. Towels and sheets were worn and needed to be replaced and the bathroom as a whole felt as if it had not been touched in 30 years.
