Room has very outdated mattress w no topper. Super uncomfortable. Windows havent been cleaned in decades, so theres no real view outside. No water. No coffeepot. Or mini frodge in room. No wifi above a certain floor. Tv is no where near bed. Want to use a microwave? Go to the 25th floor. Room cleaning us by request only (?). I was thuroughly disappointed in this hotel. For all its architectural history they surely dropped the ball. No complimentary breakfast of any kind. No kitchen. Not worth anyones time!

I booked my room based on the pictures and description which did not include a separate shower. The tub in the shower did not drain so there were 2 inches of water in the bottom of the shower. I will never book here again. I was doing a stay cation and will go somewhere else.

The room I had this trip was 2118 I believe, possibly newly renovated. I always love the property, this was even nicer. The Suite was great, as I had a female friend with me. She had her privacy, as did I. A.C. thermostat was kinda squishy, broken Air never turned off. Luckily we both like it cold. We told front desk upon leaving. The stay was great as usual.
