Pros: - In a great location; lots of options for food, close to the Key Bailey Hutchison Convention Center - Nice hygiene products in rooms - A/C goes down to 65°F which is amazing with the Dallas Heat Cons: - You have to pay for parking, which I personally can’t wrap my head around. - The pool is extremely disappointing. I get it’s a Hyatt, but the pool’s extremely small for being in a location as hot as Dallas - The tops of the shower curtains had some sort of black mold developing - The tunnel going out from the hotel to the city reeked of urine I’ll be back in Dallas again next year, and will be looking at other hotels such as the Omni that are closer and possibly offer nicer pools to enjoy in the evening. The Hyatt was simply overpriced for what it is.

Self parking was impossible to find . Circled the hotel many times. If your website says you have self parking then provide self parking. Seems you really only offer valet parking clearly visible. Very stressful after 8 hours of driving.
