Rooms could use a refresh. Desk chair was ripped in many places. Called front desk and they brought a brand new chair within minutes. Room was hot at night and bed was very hard. Staff was amazing and breakfast was very good

This Hyatt was very huge and grand with limited dining options and inconveniently far from the core of downtown. You can see from the many scuffed walls and furniture pieces that this location is old. There was also a smell in our room that aged the hotel as well.
