Upon checking in, my card was charged the total for the entire stay plus the incidental hold without it being communicated before being swiped and given the opportunity to provide the correct card i wanted used. There was no resolution, no tap to pay, nothing could be done other than a shoulder shrug and "sorry". The wait time for the elevators was over 15 minutes despite there being 6 elevators on the property. In the morning, i ordered room service, a simple 2 orders of orange juice. Never received it. The valet system was horrible. Took 20 + minute to get my vehicle after requesting it and one of the times i came down to request my car and it was sitting unlocked with the keys inside still up front, never moved and also, It took 45 minutes to get my car at check out.
