This hotel is wonderful! This is our second stay and I would not hesitate to stay again. This is a beautiful property to stay at. Save some time to walk around and enjoy the scenery.

The fragrance in the lobby is overpowering and it smells like it’s covering the smell of urine. Everything else is great but every time I stay there, my whole family says that it smells like a fragrance covering urine. It’s just way way way too strong.

I found this property by chance when I could not get into the hotel where I was going for a conference. This is an amazing hotel with wonderful comfortable rooms and a quiet atmosphere. I definitely want to go back for a long weekend.

We love the peace, cleanliness and walking trail at the Cooper. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Our room is always so clean. Love the towels and sheets. I do wish the carpet would get an update. It would definitely update the rooms.

Fifth visit, but disappointing this time.

This was our 5th stay and our least enjoyed, very disappointing. Our room was extremely loud, as we approached our room we could hear the people in the room next to us. Upon entering the room I could hear people talking through the vent in our bathroom. The A/C was so loud that even with ear plugs it woke us up every time it turned on. The tub was very slippery when showering and should have a rough bottom as we were both concerned we would slip. The shower was less than invigorating as the pressure wasn't very strong. Usually the bed is very comfortable but this one wasn't. It almost felt like it was on a slope. There obviously needs to be a major update as the room was tired and very old/worn with a lot of spots/stains on the carpet.

I normally do not leave comments but after staying here, I have to. My family and I were in town for the State Fair. Compared to other hotels in the area, this price was much more reasonable. The ambiance of this hotel was relaxing. My kids enjoyed walking around the property and playing with the ducks! They also had outdoor soccer goals, tennis courts, pickleball courts and an amazing gym! My family and I will for sure be staying here again when we come back to Dallas.

There was nothing really available on Saturday evening or Sunday - no food or restaurant on site, no laundry, and even the fitness center had limited hours. No coffee other than instant in the rooms and tea. It was an expensive Uber to get there from the airport and back. There was not much available if you don’t have a car either. The suite was spacious and comfortable to sleep but few of the other hospitality items usually available at a hotel and or spa. The sound also carried so any knocking or talking next door was clearly audible in the room.

My only complaint was the loudness of the TV in the room next door a couple of times. Mgmt. did ask them to turn it down. I heard it a couple of more times but I wasn’t in the room long enough to complain. Room was wonderfully cleaned each day. No noise at bedtime!
