There was women’s underwear in the bathroom, a sticky mess on the floor under it. I had been asked to tell the management if there were problems with the hot water, but it had been fixed. I went out and didn’t get back to have a shower until 11.30 and it didn’t work. It was too late to tell anyone. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There was no information pack, I wasn’t given the password for wifi. When I told the management about the issues, they didn’t seem to concerned and just said, “Oh sorry” and that’s it.
