The cleaner that looked after our room was fantastic it was so lovely to come back to our room to find our bed made and fresh towels to start our day, they work really hard to make your stay comfortable, she was all ways smiling and happy to see us, the restaurant staff were all ways happy and friendly, we were really impressed with the grounds so clean, one thing I must add the price for the washers and dryer was up there in price $20 for wash dry and soap can get expensive for families, but we had a fantastic stay will definitely be back for our fourth stay in the future, 😊

the room was ok....our main concern was when we sat outside in front of the bar the service was terrible. it took 25-30 mins to finally get our drink on several occasions.....friday 21 nov we had a meal there and knew the fire show was coming on so asked for our bill....it didnt come so we went to watch the show...after the show we went to pay out bill and nobody could help us and there werent any table numbers....we asked again in the morning and were told no they didnt have a bill for us....we went back the following night and the poor waiter come over to us and told us he had to pay out of his own pocket....he asked for the money wich was $95....my partner didnt like paying him cash but we didnt have any choice....then the next drink when we wanted to charge it to the room they said we had no credit.......we thought this was because of the earlier incident......but after asking questions and getting answers they said it was a standard procedure......we were never told that when we checked in and we asked a couple of other people near us and they said yes it happened to them as well.....it put a dampner on our stay there and we only wished there were table numbers where we were sitting have a great day,,,,phil price
