We loved the room and the building. It was an amazing experience. The only downside was i thought the bed would be next to the window for the views of the city, like a open concept, but it wasn’t. Everything was still great though.

Amazing Hotel

This experience was one of the best I've ever had. The Mint House Dallas put a unique twist on the idea of a hotel. Sure it might not have a pool but if it's not a deal breaker for you, then you wouldn't miss it. The chic modern style of the room and the breathtaking views of the city that comes with it are enough to make your stay a memorable and worth while one. You simply can't beat it, especially for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a homey feel with a luxurious escape, whether you live in Dallas or you're just visiting. The Mint House Dallas is the place to be. My wife and I will definitely be returning.

The property is very modern wigh high end appliances and finishes. I needed a full size fridge with a freezer. It met my family's needs. The only thing I'd say is have better instructions for checking in. I initially parked on the first floor and didn't see elevators but found the escalator. Having instructions for both would be helpful. Describing the pathway from the garage to the first floor to.the elevators would also make the instructions clearer. The key pad lights up but not in the way it's described. The instructions should clearly say what code to enter into the door for your room. These are just minor things to make the process seemless. The QR code for the parking garage didn't work. However, customer service was great and helped me take care of parking and with an early check-in. I'd would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The Mint was great. I would definitely stay here again. It did take some time to get used to since everything is virtual. Very modern. All the amenities were clean. Had to take 3 elevators to get up the 50th floor which is wild! We didn’t have any problems at all. Only concern, if there was a situation or concern due to no front desk or clerk wondering how that could be improved. Needing a little more clarification on the parking situation in the garage with better signage. Overall great stay. Close to eateries and bars in downtown.
