The problem with the property is that there are not enough chairs around the poo. People would place items on chairs and then leave them for HOURS such that others had no chairs.

The property is located on a busy street close to downtown. We found it to be quiet and pleasant regardless of the location. The food was good. The staff is great. Their VIP is confusing VS misleading. We were adamant in refusing any sales speech to join their "ownership" program and were left alone. Although it is ocean side, there is no beach but access to the water. We will return

Service was outstanding. I particularly appreciated Victoria and Ivan at the Gondola restaurant. They bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable. The pastry chef deserves a Michelin Star for his creativity and attention to detail. Great coffee place in the lobby and a variety of eating options. Overall a beautiful property, with great rooms and a very attentive staff.

Consider this is a review of an All Inclusive hotel from a chain that is known for its top level, so you can expect more. Cozumel is a slow-pace little town. Nice for what it means. This hotel is in between the "activity" side and the "calm" side, so it's nothing too special on any sense. Facilities are old and with low maintenance. Best part of the hotel is the staff. Great people with great attitude, friendly and with great service. I only had a mishap with one of the pool-cleaning guys who got upset because I moved a vacuum hose from the middle of the pool, but it was there at 8:00am when pools are supposed to start service at 7:00am Not returning. Would rather go to a higher end hotel or to a boutique, more remote and calm place. Btw, NOT cool at all that they let people "reserve" cots. Many had towels and bags with no one around. They seem to do this while they go have breakfast and then return to use the cots all day long with the same abusive system. Should be forbidden!

Everyone at the resort is so polite and friendly. I mean everyone. The food was very good. I liked that there weren't that many kids. Great rooms. Very clean. The only issue I had was with Expedia. I will definitely return to Cozumel Palace. I will definitely NOT book it through Expedia ever again. I won't book anything through them ever again.

Cozumel palace is a wonderful resort. Everything from hotel, to staff and guests. We had a wonderful weeks stay.

We traveled on a Monday-Friday to this beautiful property. It has been recently renovated, and the spaces are lovely. The lobby area is filled with comfortable seating and a full bar. There is a full-service coffee bar with lattes, pastries, panini's & ice cream. The variety of restaurants is also great. Italian, Mexican, Steakhouse & a large buffet. We had a room with double beds, huge hydro tub for 2, large bathroom and balcony with chairs and hammock. Every member of the staff was courteous, respectful and happy. We received a VIP upgrade which gave up credits for the spa. The spa treatments were amazing. We will go back to this resort and definitely recommend to our friends and family

This place was amazing! We were there for the Super Bowl and they really did it up and it was so fun! The food is so good and we especially liked all the staff. They were so cordial and accommodating and would want to help you in anyway they could. We will definitely go back and if there was a higher star than a five, I would give it to this resort! We've been to many Sandals resorts and this is right up there, but less expensive!
