The staff! Each staff were helpful, present and with great service. Kudos to Shea at the front desk as she was warm in her greetings, answered all my questions, and most of all a kind, helpful person. Great staff! Rooms always clean, always well prepared. They are transitioning from Virgin so updating g cafes etc. Didn’t notice.

The location was great and made it easy to navigate about the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the perks of staying here were great.
