This hotel only had one working elevator for 40 floors of guests and had a significant negative impact on my stay. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known it would take 20-30 minutes each time I wanted to access my room.

The staff here are always wonderful! Easy and convenient check in after taking a 4 hour train ride was exactly what we needed. The room was nice, but I wish we would have been told in the listing that our view was partially obstructed. Our last 2 stays we had a big window for our view which was absolutely perfect. THAT view kept us coming back. This time we had two windows with a gap between them and we were up against a part of the building that cut off the view going out to Lake Michigan. It was just a disappointment from when we had been here last. The coffee and lattes were wonderful in this chilly weather. This was in a great, convenient location. The lobby is always beautiful. Vending machines are always stocked with great products when we’re feeling peckish in the middle of the night. Would stay here again if we knew the view wouldn’t be obstructed.

The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. Room was small but super clean and smelled amazing. Shower looked like it might be bad but great rain flow. The only possible complaint I have is that for the foreseeable future, the upper floor access is down to one elevator. This hotel is very tall and waiting for the elevator to go down became annoying.

The location worked perfect for our needs. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, but more importantly, valet car parking service was a blessing in downtown Chicago. I will surely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We loved our room and the setup. It was great to have 2 bathrooms! Very clean room with no problems. We also enjoyed the complimentary water bottles and dispenser in the hallway. The staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but that is the case anywhere in the city!
