Hotel check in and out was fast and friendly. When checking out to head to the airport we asked the staff to call us a taxi but they actually have a driver waiting outside so we were able to go straight away. The room was very comfortable. But what stood out the most for us was the complimentary guest facilities, there were 2 self serve laundry facilities and also a complimentary coffee machine area that made delicious cappuccinos which was a bonus for us coming from AU The location is as great as you are within walking distance to anything you need. We would definitely stay here again

Great customer service! We were on the 19th floor and were told the room thermostat on the upper floors don't work well. The room was hot but they did bring us a floor fan.

I really loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the city is walking distance to every hotspot in the downtown Chicago area ie. The Bean, Riverwalk, Skydeck etc. The room I had was basic with a kitchenette. There’s another hotel right next door if you want drinks/food for the evening. I would stay here again.

We did not stay in the room for longer than 15 minutes. We left and had to find other accomodations. The room had marks all over the wall and stains on the carpet, as well as what I believe to be part of the key card system for the door haphazardly duct taped onto the wall. It kept falling off and getting lodged in between the door and wall. The one star is for the gentleman at the front desk who was calming down a domestic dispute in the lobby while helping us check in. Hotel should give that guy a raise.

It is challenging to articulate the experience without appearing critical, as the accommodations are among the most compact I have encountered, the facility is of an older vintage, and parking is available off-site. Despite these aspects, the establishment possesses a distinct character. While it may not offer the modern amenities or luxurious ambiance of neighboring properties, it fulfills its purpose effectively. I would consider returning for future stays.
