Rooms are very small. Very noisy hallways and doors. Elevators would take 20 minutes to arrive. We would have taken stairs but we were on 9th floor. Not worth for the price. Do not recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly. That’s the most positive thing I can say. Skip the parking offered by the hotel. $72 a night other options around the hotel were a bit less. The valet staff was friendly though We stayed in a “superior” king the only thing that made it superior was the added fridge and microwave. The room was small. The “spa” like bathroom wasn’t very spa like. Maybe the shower head. Tiny elevators. We heard every door slam and conversation in the hall during our 2 night stay. The ac was also broken in our room. They fixed it quickly but the repair maybe lasted 2 hours before it stopped working and we gave up on it. We definitely wouldn’t choose this again.

Hotel room was clean, quiet and spacious. We were lucky to see it at all after the Director of Operations tried to scam us (and did so successfully to other guests). He cancelled our reservation and falsely said he made accommodations at another hotel nearby. The other hotel did not have any record of this. He also said he 'couldnt get in touch with us through Expedia", but I had multiple messages before we checked in from the property. None were regarding our reservation. I think this person is cancelling reservations within the 24 hour period on Expedia (no refunds), then booking guests at cheaper properties and keeping the difference. Be VERY CAREFUL with this property.

The property was okay. It was super cheap compared to everything else in the area and it looked cute so i decided to go with it. I got a room on the 15th floor, you cant see anything over the building in front of you anyway so theres not much of a view/ anything to look at but the people walking. The room was very spacious and nice. The only problem with it is that any time you take a hot shower the smoke alarm will go off. I went and asked the housekeeping lady in the hallway to help turn it off, she didnt speak enough english to know what i was saying. So i went down stairs to ask about the smoke alarm and what looked like a manager said just confirmed it goes off when you take a hot shower. You are also gonna wait 10 years every time you have to take the elevator, they only have 2 and they are super small and only hold 5 people max. Overall the hotel is nice, its at a good location thats walkable to pretty much anywhere you gotta go. Will i be back? Probably not, ill spend the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and possibly have a much better view, and not wait 10 years everytime day or night for the elevator, be able to take a shower, and have more than 1 staff at the counter at a time so, the staff doesn't get overwhelmed during check out and starts taking it out on everyone in line
