Really loved that the bar was open 24/7 and had access to free fresh water. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is super walkable to transportation and so many sites/attractions. I have stayed at several hotels in Chicago and this was by far my favorite. My only negative is that the bed is a little too firm for me.

This property is great for people traveling on their own or a couple. Perfect if you enjoy exploring new cities on foot. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet so no need to worry. Inside the hotel room is a lot of tech so if you’re not familiar or comfortable with that, then it might be a dealbreaker. Also, the restroom isn’t very private. My wife and I didn’t like that about the room but that’s the only complaint. Other than that, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

Very cool and very modern. Rooms are small, but if you are there for business or to just see the sites, you probably won’t spend a ton of time in your room, anyway. But while you are in your room… You will feel like you were in a spaceship. Lots of Technology and an iPad is used to control everything from the television to the lights. Overall, great hotel… Food at the bar/restaurant is extremely limited, kind of expensive, and really didn’t taste great.

Rooms are built for one person. Use. Too much in the room is tied to the I pad in the room. TV, heating and lighting is not easy to negotiate. Excellent location and very sleek and modern but in our case not really user friendly.
