My partner and I stayed for three nights. The hotel was, trendy, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and freshly made. We enjoyed working out at the gym. We love the lobby area. Tons of comfortable setting around the bar. We will stay here when we return to Chicago in the summer.

This is a wonderful hotel! Located near everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great . My only problem was the pillows . They are not soft and fluffy very, very firm. It would be nice if they had a pillow menu, however I would stay there again on my next visit.

Perfect spot for work trip
I went out to Chicago for a week and booked at cutizenM since it was so close to work. The price was amazing compared to some other spots nearby but the room and experience was awesome overall. I loved the design of the building and interior and the self-check in and check-out were easy. The room itself was clean and felt welcoming and new like I opened a sealed package. The cool tech like the lights and autmoatic blinds were a nice touch too. Overall a great time I would easily recommend to anyone visiting Chicago for work or with someone.
