What a fantastic hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast there each morning and it was delicious, so much choice. The communal areas were relaxed, vibrant and comfortable. Our room was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Location was brilliant everything was on our doorstep

I enjoyed my stay overall — the hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and in a great location — but I was a bit disappointed with some of the amenities. The heat in my room barely worked, and although staff brought a portable heater, it was still in a sealed box and I had nothing to open it with, so it wasn’t very helpful. I also didn’t get much sleep. My room seemed to be next to a linen closet or service area, and between 6–7 AM I kept hearing a door slam every few minutes. On top of that, there was no tea or coffee provided in the room, and even getting a simple tea or coffee at the bar came with an extra charge. Most hotels include this either in the room or at least for free in the lobby. Aside from these issues, it’s a nice, visually appealing hotel in a convenient spot and at a decent price. I would stay again now that I know what to expect, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to others.
