This was a very nice and clean place! The only thing I noticed was that there was a little stain on my bed sheets, but other than that, the staff was very nice, accommodating, and clean!

We had 2 -11 yr olds needing an indoor pool - so choices were limited. We came last year -same time for grandson’s BD - prices are good in Feb! We have been pleased both times! Great location! Helpful staff!

Awful Experience
We had to switch rooms the first day bc the person next to us was screaming profanities for 20 minutes when we called down to the front desk to tell them about the situation and that we wanted to move rooms they told us they would call us back, 15 minutes went by and they never called back, my mom and I were honestly terrified of what was going on in the room next door at that point and finally just decided to leave the room and race to the front desk, at that point we did finally get a new room, however it was not a peaceful night as again people were screaming in the hallways at 4am! We also went to the bar that night to get a drink and my mom’s drink had two hairs in it!! Our room smelled of a nasty cleaning solution and all of the elevators smelled like weed, so disgusting! On the second day we called down to get more water for the room & they were never delivered. Really really disappointed with our experience will not be staying again.
