We had such a wonderful time at the resort, very romantic settings, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Our butler Enrique was stellar, top-tier! He attended to all of our needs during our stay, and we were even surprised on our last night there we came back to our room to a beautiful display of flowers decorated on our bed top! Everything exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time to book here. We're already looking forward to our trip here next year!

Had a truly memorable and unforgettable time at the resort. The property is beautiful with lots of cute animals, the food every day is excellent, and the service is simply wonderful. Our butlers, Norma & Cath, attended to everything that we needed quickly, and Francisco treated us every night with special, delicious dishes. We felt like princesses at the hotel! I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful, relaxing, getaway with fantastic cuisine and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, to the second we left, we felt pampered beyond what I could have asked for! Absolutely recommend having a butler - Rodrigo was a delight. The rooms are gorgeous and the pools are so nice too! Love that it felt like a boutique resort; not needing to walk miles in the heat to get where we wanted to the main part of the facility each time. And if you do want a day to explore and go do something more lively, they have someone to assist in planning and booking excursions as well, onsite. We did snorkeling and a cata marine ride and didn’t even have to leave the resort! We went to celebrate my partners birthday and they made him feel so special. All the bartenders were so personable and attentive. Will absolutely be back ourselves!
