Once you enter the main area it looks phenominal, but looks are not everything. The staff at check in and cleaning are great, but the buffet area and staff are a big let down as both are very poor. The other dinning options look great and staff friendlier, but the food is not that great especialy the Italian is very bad! The last thing is it is uncomfortably hot in the reception lobby and main hall area no fans, no AC just unbearable.

We just got back from Seadust last week. We choose this based on the “family resort “ title and pictures, and water castle that we thought our kids will enjoy,it was old btw. First, i have to start with the unbearable heat condition in the resort .please be AWARE and KNOW, that this resort does NOT have Ac only in your room, which is not super cold and like it should be . Every restaurant including the buffet area does NOT have ac. The restaurants don’t have any windows open , and zero AC, it was so uncomfortable for us! we were frustrated the whole time, even our kids 7and 9 had a hard time and couldn’t wait to leave and go outside by the beach or back to our room . Only the buffet area has few fans that don’t do nothing! But the restaurants have Zero fans,know this! We used the menu to try to fan our selfs while we waited FOREVER for our food each time we went :( We only booked 3 nights, THANK GOD , because if we booked more nights we would of left that resort 100% to go to another one just because we wouldn’t be able to handle more time spent there. KNOW THIS , THE RESORT HAS NO AC , not because it “didn’t work” but because there ARENT ANY!!! The resort only had 3 boring pools connected to each other,very small, one bar outside only, (not swim up) no-entertainment at night,one night they had a band in the lobby that was boring, so at night you only have to Go to dinner, by the ocean and back to your room , that’s it, the coke was terrible btw. We won’t be back ever.

I was treated like a Queen. My amenities, service, clean rooms clean inside the whole facility. OMG the restaurants and food everywhere and delicious. On the outside and inside needs a little bit of structural building restoration. They have so much to offer for entertainment if your child does not speak Spanish they chang it over to English at the same time... Believe me it's a place to go and you'll never forget the hospitality.

Room had a beautiful view and was clean, but needed some touch ups cosmetically and had a slight stale smell. Hotel was pretty large and unfortunately 2/6 elevators were out of service which was slightly annoying. Great food options and great staff. Buffet was great with amazing options and the sound of the Ocean was serene.

Amazing experience overall at this resort! Would definitely recommend to others- staff was amazing, food choices were amazing and the view was beautiful. A couple issues we encountered was that the fridge did not keep the items in it cool. Another was that the Air conditioning unit didn’t work as well and finally, we had a hot tub in our room and sadly it didn’t Work.

Staff was amazing. Everyone was really nice, attentive , and helpful. It’s a very family-friendly resort. Only thing I didn’t like was with having a whirlpool tub in the room, the water didn’t come out clear and after flushing the water, you see a lot of dirt and nastiness still on the tub. The staff didn’t clean it everyday but the issue remained after every use.

I like the view from the room the pool the beach and the staff was really nice the food was pretty good but the jacuzzi on the room did not work and the dinning on the buffet was really hot no AC

The staff was very kind and helpful specially Abimael the pool server. He was beyond the best. Seadust should feel proud to have him as an employee. On the other hand, the water went out on our 3rd day and they didn’t even bother to let anyone know. After a long day of activities all we wanted was a shower and brush our teeth but we weren’t able to do so. When I called the receptionist they said we can go downstairs and take a shower down there because water was going to be out till 3 am. When we went downstairs there wasn’t any water either . Very frustrating. It would have been nice to let everyone know, communication is key. In addition to this, as soon as we walked in the reception the infinity group harassed us. I agree to meet them but when I didn’t show up they called my room and my cellphone at least 30 times. When my family went downstairs they were being mean and rude because we didn’t show. I finally met them on my last day there because they promise me that it would only take 90 minutes and if I didn’t want to sign with them they will be okay with it. But after 4 hours of saying no they finally got the hang of it. They shouldn’t harass people so much no means no. Other than this, I love the easy process from Expedia.
