The check in was supposed to be at 3 PM but they were not ready until 4 PM. They gave the band and said it would be ready in another 20 minutes. When we went to the room the room was open and we unpacked and went to the beach and came back to see they reported a security breach incident on me. The front desk rep said there was a misunderstanding on their side but no regret or remorse. Hate it when they don’t own their mistake. Don’t recommend anyone to book this place

This place was awesome, the food was great, the rooms were nice, and the atmosphere was perfect. There is much more to do than we thought and the live music out front on one of the nights was the best. Highly recommend.

Didn’t meet my expectations. All of the food was nasty. The phone only worked on speaker and was old. The shower only produced hot water from the ceiling spout not the regular one. The balcony lock was old and confusing to work.

The Good: The staff is happy and friendly. Service was exceptional. The resort is very well run and well maintained. The Cons: The pools and seating around the pool is difficult to get space, but everything else balances it out. Great place, recommend.

The resort itself was nice—clean, with friendly and courteous staff. However, the evenings were pretty boring. There were no shows, very little music or dancing. I was traveling with my senior mother, who couldn’t leave the resort, and there was really nothing to do after dinner. It felt dull and lifeless at night, which made the experience disappointing. I wouldn’t personally stay here again.

Overall I have mixed feelings about this resort. The food quality was excellent. The beach was beautiful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The two biggest downsides were a severe shortage of shady seats at both the pool and the beach, and generally poor cocktails (too sweet, artificial mixers). Service was hit or miss. Most of the staff were phenomenal (kind, helpful, and warm), but a number were surprisingly unhelpful and oddly confrontational. Expedia customers should be aware that bed configurations aren’t guaranteed. I booked a king room and was given a double. The resort was ultimately able to move me to a very nice king, but it was a bit of a runaround after a long journey.

Overall the resort was very nice. Staff was friendly all the way from house keeping to bartending. We stayed 8 days. The last couple days seemed to get a lot busier. But still good overall service.
