This was our second visit to this property. We brought our 14 year old daughter this time. It is safe and family friendly. The beach is beautiful! We stayed in a ground floor beach front room. As before, it was clean and well stocked. The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The staff is friendly and works very hard to provide a good experience. It bothered us to see some guests treating them poorly (Hilton Diamond members, I am pointing at you!). The food is as expected for an all-inclusive. My husband enjoyed the Brazilian meat skewers at the buffet.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place then this isn’t the hotel for you…however if your looking for a family friendly, energetic, fun and beautiful all inclusive…no need to go further! The food could use a little upgrading and a little more organization to avoid lines but the staff were so friendly!! The activities and entertainment are non stop…you can participate or relax and observe with your favourite drink! ALL the rooms have a fantastic view! We were there just into the new year so it was a little quieter and didn’t experience the crowds. This was the first time for us at an all-inclusive so we don’t have much to compare to but we would definitely go back to this hotel!

Overall great experience. Check in was easy and fast. Room was great with amazing view. Clean beach. Will recommend to plan the day ahead as sometimes property will get little crowded. Overall food options were great, although just one buffet place for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but great options. We just had some issues with room service, it took longer than promised to deliver and had no update for longer time. Overall, will visit again.

Second time staying at this resort and I’m blown away each time. Beautiful facilities, delicious food, great service and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolute wonderful staff who was helpful and attentive at all times. We loved the facilities. The only thing we thought could have been slightly better was the food. Other than that it was an absolute wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone!
