The vibe was amazing. The service was amazing from the time we arrived to the time we left. Everything was amazing. Some of the areas had a seaweed smell which took time to get used to. We will definitely be visiting other Royalton properties.

On the Adult side there is nothing to do, no activities, no DJ and the pool closes at 6:00 pm. The property advertise the whole place was for Adults only!! False advertisement! Never will return again.

Stay was overall great! Property is a little older and going through some renovations. Worse part was check in, room took a while to be ready and when it was, we walked all the way to the room only for our key not to work and had to return to the lobby. This was frustrating after traveling, the heat and waiting for a while on the property.

My butler Cesar was very amazing and attentive. The hydrotherapy was really good. The manager Aldo was very rude after my sisters bag was broken by his bellhop. The food and drinks wasn’t that good. The restaurant staff will harass you for a tip before you finish your meal.

The property was clean, although the smell was terrible, it was just a bad season for seaweed. I did not enjoy making reservations for restaurants that were suppose to be available to all guests whenever feasible. The staff wasn’t too helpful or knowledgeable due to poor English. However, I did find someone to explain the process at the concierge desk. Overall, I enjoyed the property but I won’t be booking again.

Firstl time out of the country and we had a wonderful experience. Shout out to David and Ulses and other butlar staff. Everyone was so friendly and super nice. We really enjoyed ourselves after having a difficult time to get there.

I liked a the hibachi and the buffet for food the other places didn't have many food options.. I didn't like the bad mosquito issue I got bit up really bad.. I didn't like the room service food.. and the first day I arrived all the outside bars and snack bars were closed
