CitizenM might just be my favorite hotel chain! The hotel was impressively clean, and while the rooms are small, they’re absolutely perfect for solo travelers. The interior decor is stunning—modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. And let’s not forget the bar—great drinks and a fantastic vibe! Truly had an excellent time, and I can’t wait to stay here again.

The room was TINY, which had us worried at first but we got used to it. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. That's all we could ask for. Nice, friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in Boston. The staff are great, the Charles river view was awesome. Rooms are small......but the room for me is for sleeping...the rest of the trip is to enjoy the city. The public spaces are nice. Can't beat the location

I loved that it was right in the heart of a shopping area. Multiple bars and restaurants are very close as well. The checkin was super easy with the software they use. My girlfriend loved the iPad in the room with multiple functions including: black out blinds. Changing the color of the room through the lighting options. Overall 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back.
