The room is spacious and 3 bathrooms in the suite. We love the space but the food is not as good as we expected. Especially the room service and the restaurants we dined in.

The room was great. Everything else sucked! Meals are a huge problem. Trying to find something to eat in the hotel was terrible in the evening. The buffet is open only until 3:00 PM on weekdays; all of the other venues are way too expensive for the typical business or vacation traveler and the meals aren’t that good. The front desk is constantly loaded with long lines. Most of the staff is polite, but not knowledgeable of when and where everything is or when it’s available. The elevators get you stuck in between floors if you forget you room key. God forbid a fire breaks out!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was actually very quiet for being in the middle of the strip. We enjoyed the hot tub very much. Pool was surprisingly warm in January. Thd hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. We only wish there were more casual dining options available in the hotel.
