The second bedroom has a double bed with space with a 1 seater sofa for you to relax and access to the semi-ensuite 2nd full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 single twin beds with space for children to play and enjoy. There is an extra sofa-bed double size in the lounge which can be used as a 5th bed. All high quality linen and coverlets are provided. You will also enjoy the comfort of a heat pump in the lounge to make you feel comfortable all year round. A full kitchen with a 2nd generation Nespresso coffee machine, and all appliances needed. A free private carpark is for you to use in the basement, swimming pool for the kids, tennis court, basketball hoops and a gym and sauna for the adults of the family or friends. This is a very convenient property adjacent to the Railway Station. The kitchen is well equipped, the living area has sofas, TV and even a box of toys for little kids.The beds are comfortable for even a bad back. The washer/dryer was very helpful given the wet weather in Auckland.Navigation from the garage to the room involves passing through multiple doors controlled by fob entry, which is a nuisance with pieces of luggage. The elevator is a great blessing, with luggage.The garage entry is a bit daunting with large and tall vehicles. The height limit of 1.95m must be kept in mind when renting a car. The parking space was barely enough for our Kia CARNIVAL and we could only park it in the designated spot due to some spots being open at that time. A sedan would have parked just fine.Although many of the stern warnings from the host about Don’ts made us anxious, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property heartily.
