Stayed for two nights, This hotel is located near the viaduct with safe parking. The staff were excellent and let me park my car earlier than my check in time. They also upgraded our room and it was fabulous. Very well decorated , clean and nice. The bed was super comfy. They have a heated outdoor pool and gym which was delightful. There is also espresso and tea in the room that is complementary. definitely recommend staying here when staying in Auckland!

I enjoyed the unique design of the room, the hotel was perfectly located close to the city, transparent, clubs and bars and the staff were fantastic. The reason why I gave 3 stars was because of a noisy aircon duct outside my room which sounded as if a freight train was going through my room, at 5am it's not pleasant. I did bring up the issue with management who offered to put me into another room but said you may encounter the same issue. Hope management addresses the noisy duct as it had a major impact on the quality of my stay

Gorgeous, very clean, accessible and super comfy hotel with lots of amenities (premium toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and you can even order a specialty pillow ?!). The beds were so comfortable and having a heat pump in the room was a really nice touch. Really close to Wynyard/Viaduct while still being very quiet and private. Has a pool, spa, nice courtyard, well equipped gym and spa - a total package. Real highlight was the staff - they were so incredibly kind and very accommodating to special requests, even if they were busy. Really appreciated them. One thing to note is the Deluxe room has a pretty open shower/toilet area - may not be suitable for friends who aren't so close, but I went with my partner so it was no problem. Loved our stay and will now be a top hotel pick if we need any in the area!

Quirky property, doors to balconies made room feel light and airy (even in Auckland winter's sunny day). Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of interesting items sprinkled around the common areas. Bed comfortable, room temp comfortable with quiet air con. Easy wifi connect feature. Bathroom glass made good use of space, felt roomy and was still private. Keeping water in shower area was an issue, as a small pool ran in to toilet area. Plenty of towels. I didn't like the shared shower toilet door, but not a big deal. Overall, good use of space, comfortable and fun place to stay while out adventuring during day.
