This place looks a bit dodgy when you pull up, but the rooms are actually very clean and comfortable - pleasantly surprised. They also have well priced laundry machines and are close to a few eating places, mostly Indian. Friday night markets are across the road. You can't park in front of your room but there is parking. I would definately stay here again.

older style motel situaued in large Punjab area. difficult to find on sat nav 20mins from auckland airport wotif photos enhance the attributes of the unit

There was a big cockroach in our room. Toilet cover was broken, keeps on falling while in use. The remote control has bubble gum on it.

Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing is the aircon was a little too loud, it does this weird buzzing sound, but we got used to it after a while. Other than that, everything was great that we’ve booked again. Thanks Kolmar Inn!!!

Super easy check, plenty of parking and seemed safe. Friendly staff on site during business hours and a little later. Bathrooms were very chic! Waterfall showerhead and floor to ceiling tile. Plus for a discount priced hotel, the rooms were very clean. Great location close to airport. Liked it enough to stay two separate times.

Easy check in, parking directly in front of the building. Room was perfect for a one night stay with a modern and clean bathroom. TV a decent size with more than a few channels. It is exactly how the photos are. It was a bit noisy. I could hear the doors of other rooms opening & closing all night. Air con unit was pretty noisy but it was so hot I needed it on.

No one was at the desk for checking in, after 15 minutes, we were able to find another worker who was able to get someone for us. The entire place and our room had a weird smell. We heard everything that was happening inside other rooms and outside of our room. We will never stay there again.
