I liked the central location of the property, the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. I didn’t like that valet parking cost $50 for the one night I stayed there - quite expensive in comparison to other hotels of similar quality.
The hotel is within easy walking distance of Queen Street, entertainment venues, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. All staff I dealt with from reception and concierge to room service delivery staff and cleaners were efficient, professional, and friendly. My only criticism is the lack of towel rails ...
Had the basics, everything i needed. Staff were nice. Close to town. You got what you paid for. Overall, pretty happy.
I really appreciated how personable the staff were and the attention to detail for any needs I may have, including the choice of pillows. A clean, spacious and functionable space.
Great location in the CBD at a reasonable price. Staff was courteous and helpful. The deluxe one bedroom suite was spacious and had very good amenities.
I like the sweet that I stayed in, the staff where fantastic any questions I needed to ask about where answered to the best of their knowledge. I like that there was a smoking area for smokers out of the way of other guests because I smoke. I loved the good their the chef is a great cook thank you ...
