Lady at the front desk was super nice. The room was clean however it took a few days for us to get our room cleaned. I had to call and let them know our room needed to be cleaned. The lady went on her lunch break before she was able to clean our room so that was a miscommunication other than that everything was great!

The staff at the front desk are always polite, helpful, and courteous. They get you into your room quickly, and there's never a long wait.While checking in, the staff double checks with you to see if you want to change from a smoking to non-smoking room. That's a huge plus. I enjoy my stay every time I decide, or need to stay overnight in Anaheim.
